But this does raise an interesting issue... if an idiot drops stuff in the middle of an instance... what's the proper response?

Do nothing and just take the braggart's bragging and doing something EXTREMELY stupid?
Grab the stuff and hold for some time, just to make him sweat?
Try to rezone ASAP?
Grab the stuff and hold it for ransom?
Salvage the stuff instantly?

I wonder what people would consider appropriate in the case. Might warrant a new topic...

No good deed... I saw a guy spamming for a long time in Kamadan, "WTB green staff". I finally messaged him with the intent to just give him a green staff. He pretty much refused to give me any information other than just repeatedly opening up trade windows. I finally just stuck one of those Sheng Jea green staffs in the window. Even then he would not even let me know a simple thing like what profession we was looking for... (100 green staffs might be a bit of a stretch... ....).

(Excellent screen grab on that Dhuum BTW, your friend timed that perfectly)

I was selling 3 unid's i didnt need now i maxed wisdom. and had this guy ask me what skins i had. o.o i lol'd so hard at him. unid is unid it doesnt matter what skin it is.

lols. if he was looking for certian skins he wouldnt be looking at unid's. he would have asked for that skin. tell me who would go selling golds that way? i dont see people selling vs,and other golds like that unid. xD

Actually, a guildie of mine got a VS and a few q9 cantha (bo staff, dragon staff etc) as unid's while buying for his wisdom.... lucky.

I don't have a screenie, but some monk wanted to kick me from a party because as an elementalist, I wouldn't use fire magic on the Ring of Fire island chain while doing Hell's Precipice.
Especially after I tried telling her that Fire doesn't work too good on them, she wouldn't listen and still wanted me gone.
And for the record I was using an Earth build since that's the only line of magic (except fire) that I had weapons for and didn't have money to craft a water set from Vasburg.

I wonder if maybe someone just gave him a lot and he is trying to sell them. They are worth so little that I'm surprised the merchant still pays 35g for them.
